Weekend over - Sunday night blues time

I'm not that blue, I'm just really worn down. I had a nice weekend with my

brother and we did the casinos and eating out thing. It was just a lot of

exercise for me. I've been so sedentary the past 3+ months. So now I'm really

sore.

Wondering about a " contagious " back ache. My brother and daughter and a friend

all complaining of the same lower back ache. The backache always concerns me

because its been a sign for me of kidney infection - which scares me with having

Lupus. I had one last year in December. But are kidney infections contagious?

Has anyone read Dr. Wallace' Fibromyalgia book? I keep the green Lupus Book

handy at all times but I'm just now reading his Fibro book. I haven't been back

to see him since I got the Fibro diagnosis. Anyway, if you have Fibro also; or

think you have it; his books are very thorough but easier to read than most.
