Guest guest
hey all well at 15 days most swelling is gone and at first i thought alot of the change was due to swelling and i know there is still swelling left but as my surgeon had said my face is much more square in the jaw and i really like it! i wasnt even moved back much, but that suble movement really made a difference. Anyway to all future postopers i would say definetly at the 2 week point is when u start feeling normal as far as look swise and you start to get a good idea of the positive changes! this is a really cool surgery, i lOVEEEEE it.. now that i am ALMOST healthy after quite a severe infection but im getting there! did anyone else have an infectoin that moved to their lungs>??? man this suckes i have been on the most gross antibiotics.. cleocin for 10 days .. it is gross but anyway 2 week mark is the mark to look for as far as ur appearance coming around! happy friday to all. i REALLY wish i could eat!!! sooo hungry
Guest guest
Well I'm glad things are better for you at the 2 week mark. I'm still on day 1 and it sucks to be sure...my swelling has gone down quite a bit but I still look like a chipmunk and I'm not sure where my chin went. I'm counting down the days to the 2 week mark! Guest guest
Good for you, Mike! So when do we get pictures of this Adonis??? I think Irish! also had to do cleocin, and shared your opinion of it. I can tell you that Cipro is also nasty, if you have to do it in liquid form. I'm so glad you are pleased with your results, and feeling better. You've been up, and down, and up again. And I hope you know that I've been thinking of you and sending you brain waves all along the bumpy path.
