Here are a few of my fav ideas: Egg Beaters - 1/2 cup = 2 "eggs" = 1.2 points Special K Red Berries - 1 cup cereal = 2 points (has dried real strawberries and the flakes are slightly sweetened - - very good Quaker Quick Oats (the kind in the cylindrical container) - 1/2 cup dry (makes over a cup of creamy oatmeal in the microwave) = 1 serving = 2.5 points *This oatmeal is VERY filliing and high in protein. Got any ideas. I have found that I have way more energy in the morning if I eat some protein for breakfast. I've also found that I have to eat more often or I start to feel dizzy in the afternoon.
