Can I be sensitive to this yogurt?

Greetings SCDers. I have been on the scd diet for about a month now

and I'm happy to say I'm mostly " D " free these days. When I started

adding foods I sort of lost track of eating the homemade yogurt,

mostly because my husband and daughter have been consuming it in leaps

and bounds. So twice now I have noticed that some time after I eat the

yogurt, I am no longer " D " free. When I eat swiss or emmenthaler

cheese I seem to be OK. I seem to only be eating yogurt every 3 or 4

days and then I suddenly notice the difference. My doctor has asked

that I take Jarrow probiotics everyday, but somehow I end up only

doing that every couple of days too. I don't really think I'm

desperately short on the good bacteria but when I have an episode I

take the probiotics again.

Healthwise, I have no formal diagnosis. I was exhausted and had

inflammation in my joints, muscles and probably digestion. I was lucky

enough to find an alternative doctor who did saliva and hair tests and

discovered that my adrenals and most of my mineral count was rock

bottom. I attributed this to my very bad digestion issues and started

the scd diet when I started taking the adrenal and mineral/glandular

supplements. So I feel much better and have better energy. Should I do

the GAPS diet?
