CORTISOL and adrenal fatigue

Its seems that if one has adrenal fatigue then you need cortisol. If

this is the case(and you have many of the symptoms) why the saliva test.

On below link it gives a breakdown of the dose needed,and this is not

changed by the results of the saliva test.

Also, " Since there is doubt that Isocort actually contains 2.5 mg per

pellet " so it would be best to just go straight to " HC " for best

results.

The reason i ask this is because of 2 things.

1.I live in Australia and saliva tests would have to be sent to the USA

via canaryclub,which im not sure would work.

2. i have adreal fatigue anyway,so why not go on HC anyway (for a the

time needed)because Im taking 'armour' and as someoene said here,it

might effect the adrenals if i dont have cortisol for the adrenals.
