Guest guest Posted January 16, 2009 Report Share Posted January 16, 2009 I’m on day 17 of the diet, still experiencing quite a bit of pain and D. It’s definitely gotten better, but... I need some variation in my diet. I’ve started eating more meats and vegetables, but I’m bored. That soufflé bread recipe that just went around – is that something safe I can have?
