Guest guest
hello everybody, I was a while not watching all the e-mails. I was confined in the hospital for Cathether insertion. While on the hospital complication arises. Water in lungs. I was unconcious for few days. As I dont have family here in I was in the hospital longer than normal till I can manage my own. After the complication I switched to Hemodialysis I've got a temporary cathether. The shunt functioned first on October. My sister arrived here to donate kidney ünfortunately they found out that she has a tendency to have diabetes. So much about me, the last letter I have read is about the case of Rita. Rita I am sorry to hear that your husband is not supportive to you. I will pray for you to recover easily for the heartaches you have. do I understand it right? You are now on dialysis Jing if I understand right, congratulation that you have now the transplantation. And to everybody who have changes in a period of almost 6 months. I missed you all. Guest guest
Hi Peach, Welcome back :-) Gosh what an ordeal you went through. I just hate to think of you in the hospital with no family around to support you. Is hemodialysis going well for you? I am disappointed that your sister did not work out as a potential donor. I hope you can find a kidney soon. I am not on dialysis yet, but having to choose having the PD Catheter or fistula for dialysis. I am down to 18% now...a little too close to dialysis for comfort! Take care of yourself Peach! In a message dated 11/24/2004 5:00:36 AM Pacific Standard Time, petchay88@... writes: > hello everybody, > > I was a while not watching all the e-mails. Guest guest
Hi Peach, I am so sorry that things have been so rough. Between the catheter insertion, the lung problem, switching to hemo, and the news of your sister, it sounds like you've had more than your fair share to deal with. Do you have any other possible donors other than your sister? Hearing that she was not able to donate must have been devastating. Am I correct in thinking that you have been doing hemo for a bit over a month and a half? How is that going? Cy Re: back on line/update hello everybody, I was a while not watching all the e-mails. Guest guest
Welcome back Peach! I'm so sorry to hear of the problems you had...it's a good thing they caught it and were able to treat you. I'm also glad they kept you in long enough to be able to manage on your own at home. I hope your sister is doing o.k. Was it just a tendency toward diabetes or was she actually diagnosed? I also hope you are able to find a donor soon. It sounds like you have had a rough time of dialysis. Welcome back again, Amy G. Re: back on line/update hello everybody, I was a while not watching all the e-mails.
