Hi:

I have a decision to make. Dr. Trentham, who are saw last week for the

first time has suggested first plaquenil, second, methotrexate, and lastly

antibiotics. I have decided that the methotrexate is a no.

Are you saying that anibiotic therapy is less toxic and safer that other

drugs?. Is the AP therapy safe?. I have lived with pain for forty odd years

and

my current rheumy who I have seen for the past five years, has not given me

any meds to help my sjogren's. My sjogren's is getting worse. This Dr.

Trentham wants to help me. I was wondering why Dr. Trentham diid not suggest

this AP

therapy to me.

I still do not know which is the best way to go. This is a big decision for

me to make and I am not really sure about anything.

Any advice, would be greatly appreciated.
