Guest guest
Hi Debra V, Now you know what many of US live w/everdday or would that be night. You do have my smpathy having to work and all I'm sure it's taking its toll. About a year ago I noticed the dropping things thing and couldn't imagine why then later came my carpel tunnel DX which help explain away the reality of it. I hope your INSOMNIA is a passing thing. GOD Bless ! ! ! ! .................................................................................\ ............................... To: Fibromyalgia_Support_Group@...: ladybug75901@...: Wed, 5 Dec 2007 12:33:45 -0800Subject: can now relate to insomnia I usually never have a problem trying to sleep. It is normally a pretty deep sleep though I don't wake up feeling rested. However, the last 3 nights I have been somewhere in between sleep and awake. I thought I could nap this afternoon.... no. I lay there and lay there and never go to sleep as exhausted as I am. I feel like a pile of you know what. I had to work until 10 last night. Did not get to bed until at least 12 or 1230am. Could not sleep. Had to get up at 6 this morning to get the children to school. I am like a walking zombie. What the hell is this thing? And yes it is a " thing " . I am like the woman who just refers to it as the " f " word. It just won't relent. If it is not pain, it is numbness, tingling, or exhaustion and weakness. It has so many symptoms it just moves all over and changes from day to day from hour to hour. I get so mad at this disease. Yes, it has robbed us of everything we once were.Well, got to go get the kids from school. I will be careful.Love all of you...Debra V.---------------------------------Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Yahoo!
