Guest guest
This is NOT diet related. Go to the doctor and don't wait. IT's only a coincidence that it's happening now. It could be an allergic reaction to something you're eating. It could be something isn't regulating right. But it certainly is NOT because you've started eating healthy. ~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~' Tory Klementsen, MCP A+ Career and Technology Educator www.teechur.com www.msteechur.com -The successful person will do the things that the unsuccessful person will not. > blood pressure .... > > > In a message dated 01/16/2004 12:50:27 PM Pacific Standard Time, > Serious-Weight-Watchers writes: > I hate reloosing weight that I have already lost once. > > Hi all! Guest guest
I agree with Tory. Get checked right now. I'm being regularly monitored for BP. It runs high at the doctor's office, but its' OK with my home monitor (the doctor feels its' " white coat syndrome " ). Anyhow, my pulse always measures low - 40's or 50's. The doctor says its' OK as long as I feel good. However, if you're feeling undue stress and you're waking up nightly with headaches - you should DEFINITELY get checked.
