Guest guest
Hi everyone, As some of you know i have been haivng quite a few problems with it lately and it has been bothering me more than my knee (which is actually feeling quite good lately ). I have tendonitis in it and the thumb, have been going to physio for a while and am bracing it. Yesterday i had a bad day and had to take a few toradol. Then last night i was going to bed and it felt like my wrist took a kink in it but it was so unbelievably painful. i tried movig it to get the kink out but it hurt to even move it a little bit. i finally just played around with it and after 15 minutes it felt like it popped back into place. Is this a sublaxation/dislocatoin or just a normal kink in my wrist?? I was at the point i was almost debating going to the hospital but we are still in the middle of an ice storm and our ER's have a 10 hour waiting list and supervision because of the SARS in the area. What should I do if it happens again? Today i cant put the plaster splint on because it hurts (but i can wear the wrap type one). Sorry about the post just didnt know what to do.
