Guest guest Posted January 21, 2009 Report Share Posted January 21, 2009 Good morning all, I finished a batch of yogurt last night around 6:00 pm. It was made in the oven. I changed the bulb, put a thermometer in and monitered it. It stayed between 100 and 110 the entire time. I took it out, put it in the fridge until this morning and was wondering if you are suppose to be able to eat it just like that??? Of course it's plain........... maybe a little sour...............but the texture is perfect. Just like yogurt. Is that how it is suppose to taste??? I put a little vanilla and honey in mine to sweeten it a little. Was just wondering since I've never made any before. Looking forward to hearing from someone.
