A little late but considering some of the challenges i have encountered lately- the fact I made the order is awesome! Super psyched. When I am feeling better I would like to experiment and make some zucchini chips and meat jerky. I would like to get this down by mid Feb as we are planning to go to Israel for 2 weeks and it would be lovely to have a suitcase full of SCD legals from home. Any 1-2-3/ABC for a dehydrator newbie?
