Guest guest
, hubby got NO sleep Thursday night. Said his heart was pounding all night. Took his 3 a.m. pill as usual, but he was already up. I think he might've dozed a little after that. Anyway, what I wanted to say was that I knew heart pounding was a hypo symptom, so we added a third dose of Armour at 10:30 p.m. and last night he slept SOOO deeply. He's been a light sleeper for as long as I can remember, and last night he didn't even wake when I came to bed! He's now taking 1/8 grain 3x day, at 8 a.m, 4 p.m (with last Iso dose), and 10:30 p.m. With no sleep Thursday night, he was miserable on Friday, very depressed, no energy, etc., but his temps were close enough to the day's before so I gave him that additional 1/8 (!!) grain and it was amazing how much better he was today. Just wanted to share. Glad to hear you got some sleep too! Barb
Guest guest
I'm only substituting the cream for the night-time dose so far. Val usually says to swap out one dose at a time and that's the one that I think was causing me the most trouble. I got one of those little jewel scales that people were talking about a while back and it seems to be working OK for me. I know that I need more Armour badly but I just don't want to lay awake all night from it. Maybe I'll try that 1/8 before bed. > > > > I've slept for two nights in a row, waking up at 2AM and 6AM but then > > getting back to sleep without having to get up to take or eat > > anything, by using HC cream right before I go to bed. > > Glad you're sleeping.
