Guest guest
Shonda, You know you're more likely to develop allergies to the foods you eat regularly, so the egg allergy shouldn't be that surprising! That's why some people rotate all their foods. When I had intradermal allergy testing a few months ago my worst foods were chocolate, whey and rice, then casein, and a little less were wheat, corn, lentils, blueberries and cinnamon. I haven't had any grains or chocolate in 2 years, so it was surprising that the allergies to them are so enduring!
