Hi Tonya,

Maybe this will help. After looking all over and not finding it myself I found out it is not called Dry Curd it is called Pressed Dry cottage cheese at the grocery store. I was told it was the same and then I called the manufacturer Western Creamery and they said it is in fact the same thing. Sorry if you already know this but it was the only kind I could find so maybe that will help you track it down. Here in Toronto, Canada we can get it by the company Western Creamery at most grocery stores.
