Guest guest
Hi . I get methylcobalamin drops compounded at a compounding pharmacy, with no sweeteners or flavours. This is more expensive than the sublingual tablets that some companies make, but it's safer for me. I started getting the drops compounded because I was reacting to the cherry flavour, long before I started on SCD. I place one drop under my tongue each morning to get a dose of 5 mg B-12. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Ellen, Thanks! I didn't think about a compounding pharmacy. That's great. Cheers, > > > Has anyone found a legal sublingual b12? > > > > Thanks, > > Stocker > > http://eatingSCD.wordpress.com >
