Hi . I get methylcobalamin drops compounded at a compounding pharmacy,

with no sweeteners or flavours. This is more expensive than the sublingual

tablets that some companies make, but it's safer for me. I started getting

the drops compounded because I was reacting to the cherry flavour, long

before I started on SCD.

I place one drop under my tongue each morning to get a dose of 5 mg B-12.
