I have no idea how to make candy so the instructions you gave below are perfect!!!! Misty Kimble CD - no meds SCD - 1 year 9 days > PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE CRISPIES > > 1 cup honey > > 2 Tablespoons butter > > 1 cup Peanut Butter > > 1 bag pork rinds 4 oz. (I use Baken-ets manufactured by Frito-Lay) > > I like to start by crushing my bag of pork rinds. I leave them in > their original bag, open top and fold down a couple of folds to keep > pork rinds contained while I take my rolling pin and roll ontop and > tap down on the rinds to crush them. Set aside. > > Place honey and butter in a 2qt. sauce pan and cook to 112C (softball > stage). Then add Peanut Butter and stir until mixed. Then add crushed > Fried Pork Rinds.
