If you do a search on the group website you should find it. a
Guest guest
Well, this may not work for you, but I use a little gluten free coffee mate. The little bit of sugar doesn't seem to bother me. Or I read somewhere - maybe the book, BTVC. Heavy cream and put a few drops of lactaid (?) in it and let it sit in the frig for 24 hours before using. Guest guest
The way the diet works is that even if something illegal doesn't bother us- these illegals on an on-going basis will impede healing and make our bodies stay sick much longer. Once healing has taken place- well that is a different debate about personal choice how to add illegals back in. Newbies- if you are not finding good results the first thing to do is pull all illegals %110!! I know we don't discuss such things at length but please keep this in mind! You would not believe how many things I used that turned out to be illegal. It's crazy. Also, for those of us who love the milk/coffee combo (I love it myself but don't drink it) One can purchase Lacteez drops and shpritz that into half n' half (if I am mistaken- Marilyn will correct me) and let it sit it fridge for 24 hours. Elaine permitted this in tiny amounts. Lactaid milk is so bad for us on so many levels- not too mention beyond illegal. Find the Lact-Aid to Lacteeze DROPS. Find legal heavy cream without illegals added. Add the drops. Shake well. Store in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours, shaking every few hours (no you don't have to set an alarm clock and get up to shake). Use small amounts in coffee or tea.
