Is Dry Curd Cottage Cheese Freezable?

I have two plastic containers of DCCC and wanted to know if freezable?

That or does anyone have a stage 2 or 3 (pecanbread reference) on how

to use the stuff? I have already made a ton of mini quiches.

Desert, entree. anything that I can freeze as an end product would be

great - thanks.

DCCC is freezable as is and in end products.

If it wasn't, I'd be in deep kimchee, since the only place I can get one

pound packages is a 100 mile round trip! I buy a case at a time, bring it

home and freeze it!

this, as my husband is a Meat Eater.
