That or does anyone have a stage 2 or 3 (pecanbread reference) on how to use the stuff? I have already made a ton of mini quiches. If it wasn't, I'd be in deep kimchee, since the only place I can get one pound packages is a 100 mile round trip! I buy a case at a time, bring it home and freeze it! Do you tolerate things like tomato and green peppers yet?
