Check your temps! They will fall when your cortisol starts going too

low. Then you knwo to pick uop your HC dosing adn I would resume exactly

what you used to take before all this. Myabe a tad more and taper it

down. You are right NO ONE knows how long these meds work for! It

dep3nds on how much your body needs and stress levels and other hormoens

and how well they are working. This is why no one can get a straight

answer as to how much cor6tils the adrneals REALLY make in a day..

Depends on who and what day and what happens that day! LOL

Ok Val....temps are still in the 98.2-98.6 area so that stuff is

probably still in me. Plus I cut WAY back on the Cytomel so I was

probably overdosing on that all the time too (my labs had shown high

t3).

I'm still not convinced that this was not a " toxic " reaction to too

much t3....or even a Hashi's attack. I guess stranger things have

happened.
