Hi Emma;

I am the first to admit that just a wee cheat now and then is darn

good for the morale.There are times when I think I will go nuts with all

the food restrictions I have.A little cheat will not set you back and I

hope you really enjoyed it.What I find so anoying is that foods that we

use every day such at Worcestershire sause,Soya sauce,Ketchup,Corn

starch are all made with some wheat. and just about everything has

gluten in it.I was watching a program on T.V last night where they were

doing a big exposee on pet food and telling us how we are literally

poisoning our pets with exixting foods.Table scraps are 10 times better

than the best pet food that is 80% grain.There is no difference between

the regular old stuff and premium foodsas they are all made by the same

company and labled differently.Cats are complete carnivored and really

need raw meat,dogs can take a mix of meat ,veggies and a bit of grain.I

am glad I saw that consumer report because when I asked my vet she

really had nothing good to say about any pet foods and that they were

seeing more and more animals with celiac symptoms. Lynne
