As far as I can tell it is not heating up as much as it used to heat. Temperature only gets to about 80-82 degrees. I just put a batch in when I realized it did not seem to be hot enough. Here's my question. Will I still be able to use the yogurt? Will I need to ferment it longer because of the temperature?
