I read about eggs in the BTVC book. " When brisk D is no longer present, egg may be added to the diet. " There are numerous contradictions between the book and the legal/illegal list online. If I can have eggs, that would be a god-send. I had heavy fruit and eggs and a very active today. Mara, the book says " Although all fruits, all raw vegetables, and as much honey as desired may be used when the D has cleared. " If I can have fruit/apples peeled and cooked, that too would be great. Thanks, Thanks, Thanks

In any case I would stick to peeled apples - and maybe pears added in a bit, for the short term. As to whether eggs will effect you with brisk D - that's more of a general caution - it effects some people, others not. You'll have to determine that yourself, if you have that issue.
