Guest guest
I'm getting the " you're going to give yourself osterporosis by taking HC " from my wife who is getting it from her mother who is a dietitian and who doubts everything that I am doing. Aside from the fact that being on low doses of HC should not pose that risk at all, is there any reason that most of us don't seem to be on calcium supplements as much as we are on vitamin D (I'm taking 15000IU/week, 3 days/week). > > I definitely take Vitamin D 2,000 I.U. daily in addition to what is in > anything else I happen to take. I have vitamin holidays but rarely miss > Vitamin D. I think it is so important. I rarely take calcium but probably > should. I only take magnesium citrate (up to 500 mg) at night to help with > sleep. > > Delores
