07:00 - 08:00 AM 9 Depressed 13-24 nM

11:00 - Noon 1 Depressed 5-10 nM

04:00 - 05:00 PM 11 Elevated 3-8 nM

11:00 - Midnight 1 Normal 1-4 nM

Cortisol Burden: 22 23 - 42

DHEA 4 Normal Adults (M/F): 3-10 ng/ml

thyroid

fTSH 73 Normal Normal: 26-85 nIU/ml

The Time elapsed between collection and receipt of specimen exceeded the

optimal number of days for sample stability which may lead to under

estimate of

TSH values unless samples were refrigerated/ frozen in the interim.

Physicians

phone the lab for questions

fT4 L-Thyroxine 0.42 Normal Normal: 0.17-0.42 ng/dl

fT3 0.34 Normal Normal: 0.28-1.10 pg/ml

TPO Thyroid Microsomal Ab, SIgA Negative

sex hormones

E2 12 Male(20-49 yrs): 1-3 pg/ml

Male(50-85 yrs): 1-5 pg/ml

Estradiol

P1 Progesterone 47 Male ( adult ): 5-95 pg/ml

TTF Free Testosterone 49 Male (31-40 yrs): 50-80 pg/ml

it says stage 5 adrenal fatigue. I guess Im also hypo? it says the

tsh may not be accurate as it got there late,,,but Im assuming the

free's are ok? weird,,,,on my thyroid blood test taken just a little

over a month ago,,,,my tsh was only 1.55 (0.34-5.60) and my ft4 was

only 0.86 (0.58-1.64) not sure why my free t4 was so much higher with

the saliva lab? anyway,,,,I just got my armour and I have isocort

here. should I take these? or something else? what about dhea meds?

really need some help here. thanks!

You are likely going ot need mroe than ISocort. I think you will need

HC. Your adrenals are pretty cooked. Your Free T4 is actually higher

than i like to see it but you are not converting well at all as the Free

T3 is very low. The sex hormones your T is low and estrogen high but

the estrogen should come down by itself once the cortilsl is corrected.

I would attemps to get a doctor t0 help wiht testosterone.

thanks for the advice. do you think armour would be good to take for

thyroid or should I just get a straight t3 med? My armour just arrived

the other day so I'll be pretty bummed if I bought it for nothing

I would not take ANY thyroid unitl you have some better cortisol in you. Then

once you gt temps stabilized with cortisol you can probably try the Armoru as it

may work just fine then
