Geeeeees that is a great weight loss. I was post op 3 weeks yesterday and

have lost 20 pds. and I thought that was great. Keep up the good work. Out

of curiosity how old are you. I am 48 and I think younger people sometimes

lose faster than us older ones.

On this note, I get these common allergeies with spring and in the past have just taken a blanket type allergy pill that I got at costco in the past. I believe it had illegal binders - does anyone have a scd compliant suggestion for general spring allergies?
