Beginning Freeda supplements - dosage

Hello,

I've had crohn's colitis since mid-2004. I've been eating only SCD

legal foods since mid-September 2008, but I was eating anything and

everything that was legal on the SCD Diet, including whole nuts, so

my symptoms were not relieved, especially when consuming nuts/dried

fruit. I've now strictly started the diet on January 9 2009,

starting with the intro of chicken soup for a couple of days. Now my

typical day includes 2 servings of Turkey or beef stew (which is meat

+ pureed zucchini & Butternut squash + water) and I have two banana

pancakes each day.

For the last couple of days I've started taking one Freeda High

potency Multivitamin each day, with no ill effects. I'll carry on

taking one of these each day. I also have the Freeda " B complex "

tablets because I think my B12 levels are low. So is it recommended

I have one of these each day as well, or just half of one of these

each day? Another thing I'm wondering about taking only half a

tablet: are all the minerals spread out evenly throughout the tablet,

or if you take just half a tablet, is it possible that you'll

completely miss some of the minerals because they are situated in the

other half of the tablet? Might this happen, or are the minerals in

tablets very evening distributed throughout the tablet ?

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks

Matt
