I weighed in at 191.5, so I have gained 1.5 pounds over a month. Now that included my vacation and beer so I don't consider that too bad. I really want to get into the 180's again and whereas I once was not too upset with my body,

I really want to get into the 180's again and whereas I once was not too upset with my body, I now don't feel good in it and don't like it. Weird how your brain changes. But change can be a good thing and I am ready to get back on track, it just took me a while to get to this point again.

Today I have done well; coffee w/cream and Splenda and chicken salad (a huge one) for breakfast and lunch and am getting ready for dinner. I've had 32 oz of water so far. I'll get up and fill it up again. Maybe I'll get in the pool with the kids now...???

good for you kari takes a while to get that frame of mind thing going doesnt it.. drink that water you need alot more i think water really does help

congrats on getting back on track so who is with us??laura is starting back monday i know a couple people started back on track but i cant reacall . i am sure kari can shes better at names . suebee is going strong how bout whats up with robin?
