Hey Ron,

It's been a while since I've spoken with you. I'd hoped you would make it to our Indy retreat last fall. I hope you can find your way to some of our group meetings. The next one is Jan. 8. I'll get you more info if you want it.

I'm a Hoosier farm girl and though I've refused to eat them, Rocky Mountain oysters are hog testicles. We had plenty of hogs and there were always some helpers willing to take them home on castration day. Grits are kinda like cream of wheat though made from corn. They can be fancied up or made simply. Look in the hot cereal section of the store.

If you'll let me know where you live(somewhere in south Indy, right?), I'm in that area often with my son's family. We could meet for lunch. I really enjoyed meeting so many people last year. I think Rose and had a good time at this year's retreat too. We had a lot more time to talk.

Take care!

Ron,

Rocky Mountain Oysters are a favorite of yours, I understand that they are sheeps testicles. Grits are ground hominy-- to the consistency (and flavor) of a mouthful of sand.

So, how's the sarc monster? I hope it behaved on your birthday.

Hugs,

Tracie
