If you get lucky, the migraines will go away post-op. I hope for your

sake that they will. Some folks have reported as much. I dunno about

the ringing of the ears or dizziness. I think I'd wanna talk with an

ear specialist, or at least an EENT, about that, just in case it's

tinnitus or Meuniere's or something else... Might be tough to get

that done before surgery, though. Tell that doc, though, that you're

preparing for jaw surgery, because it also could relate. And tell

your surgeon when you see him, too.

If nothing else, perhaps you could block the ringing sound, either

with some earphones and music, or with one of the white-sound

devices. At least at night... I dunno. I can imagine that it's really

obnoxious.
