Guest guest
There's also an Indian sort of clay pot with a long snout you can sometimes find in health food stores; it's designed just for nasal irrigation -- although I'm not suggesting this for anybody who's just had surgery, mind you. Your doc is your best guide there, and those tissues have just been heavy duty rearranged. My first husband also used salt water for the sniff it up number. Warm salt water, and said once he learned to make himself to it, it was wonderful. Guest guest
My yogi has described the use of these things for cleaning the nose. You actually pour it in one nostril and out the other. Somehow I just can't bring myself to do it!
Guest guest
You will note that I did not describe having used it, Miz . Just having SEEN it in health food places... That's no accident.
