G. LapRNY 11*12*03 Park Plaza Hospital Houston, Texas Well , I know I eat Tuna, baked fish, cottage cheese, lean deli meats, salads, apples, grits, oatmeal, some bacon if cooked in the microwave and blotted good, i try to avoid the carbs and sweets even though I have found that I do not dump from them. Cheese is good, I have eaten grain cereals. If I do have bread I toast it and use the grain type breads and use one slice and cut it in half and make a sandwich if I am in the mood for a sandwich. I had to really learn to push the protein when I ate my meals and make the veggies second. I really miss the veggies but since I always was a protein gal it works out. I hope some of this helps. Guest guest
It probably has nothing to do with the eggs. Sorry. Most likely, your liver has taken over, and will for about 6 months. After that, your numbers will come back into alignment. As an intermediate plan, stay off the eggs AND soft cheese products. That will help alot. > It suddenly dawned on me that maybe the reason my cholesterol is 237 > even tho I've dropped over 40 lbs is because I've been living on soft- > boiled eggs (jumbos) for the last two and a half months?????
