I just take this part along with a nightly iron pill which I never remember

to take and now I am pregnant so I had a prenatal and folic acid added to the

list. Sounds like yo are doing great, I don't know what some of the stuff you

, Wow about the vitamins! My doctor is chewable Flintstones, sublingual

B-12, and chewable calcium. I thought I was covered. What does the Vitamin

E do? And the others? I'm not very versed about vitamins. You have a

wonderful weight loss. Do you feel wonderful??

Hi Jeff;

According to Kaiser you should be taking mega or high potency multi vitamin. 1500 mg of calcium citrate with vitamin D, Vitamin B12 1000 mcg sublingual tablet at least 2 times a week can be easily found at Trader Joe's or GNC.

The clinical followup is Check vitamin B12/CBC/iron/ TIBC at 6 months and then every year for 5 years. Your PCP can get in touch with the Bariatric program and get the guidelines for the lab work. Mine did and he has no problem with ordering labs now. I hope this helps.
