Hi B,

I hate to keep harping on things, but please make sure Brett's doctor knows

that the higher dose of Pred is helping some and also ask him/her about

upping it even higher. I really believe he needs a higher dose of Pred now

and also that his doctor is being way too conservative in his/her treatment

for Brett. No, I'm not a doctor, but I have seen his symptoms too many times

in this group (including myself) and I know what damage can be done by not

treating RP aggressively, especially during a flare!!!

Sorry if I sound like a broken record , and I don't want to put anymore

stress on you, but talk to Brett's doc about his treatment.

As for a personal email, no I didn't receive it . Send it again if you

can.

Hi there. His hoarseness is a bit better, and the redness around his face

has gone down 80%. The ear, nose and eyes. I never saw it so bad. The

pred is helping but when he sees the Dr. he will ask her if this is really

controlling things. Thanks for worrying...sometimes I feel so medically

inept !!!! My sister is a nurse, but has been a psychiatric nurse for 25

years. I rely on you guys and Brett's doctors...and you know which gives

me the most info!!!!!! Thanks to all of you.

By the way did you receive that email I sent to you personal address the

other day? My computer crashed and I don't know what was sent and what

wasn't. Take care and I will keep you all updated.
