Donna is this from a Stellate Block that you are now having these new

symptoms? If so, well even if not so, still am really sorry that this has

happened to you. I am glad the panic attacks have lessened for you.

Talking about being hot on your arm and use to be cold there, it was over

107with heat index here yesterday and after doing all the emails by time got

outside had chills all over body. Does anyone know why my body would do

that? I can only assume it is the FIBRO but that is my guess. Take care

and don't over do and get into a flare, Donna.

I have no idea, but the changes are only since I had the black.

Whether its coincidental, I dont have a clue.

They wer mild last night, it seems like when I lay down to sleep is

when they start, making it impossible for me to go to sleep..so I got

about 6 ours last night when all is said and done.

Lack of circulation would be my first guess but one can never be sure.

I'm suppose to drive an hour out of town this afternoon after therapy

to pick up my daughter's friend who lives on the South Shore.

Hopefully the lessened pain I feel at the moment will remain until I

at least get home this afternoon. I did take it easy most of

yesterday, did somre reading, a little writing, and minimal housework

but I STILL aggrivated it..probably alot to do with the weather

however.

Sort of strange to have chills, goose bumps in such extreme heat. Think my body is confused somehow and just need to have some kind of serious talk with how it is behaving. Sort of like talking to a bratty child. Any suggestions besides straighten up before your grounded?
