With cheese, my nutritionist suggested string cheese as it's low in fat. As

to sodium, I didn't read, but I will check it. I know I'm supposed to watch

that too. I also purchased some fat-free cheese, but haven't tasted it yet.

Ewwwwwww, tried the fat free cheese, didn't like it, Joan, but that

is just me...never liked much of anything fat-free could be why I'm

overwieght...As for cheese I mostly stick to string cheese, I get a

bunch, throw it in a bowl in the fridge, that way the kids can grab a

good healthy snack too. I looooooooooooove all kinds of cheese and

really have to watch myself, or that would be my only source of

protein. hehehehehehehe! Anyway, just had to throw that in there.
