Paige, with liquids if something didn't feel good, I'd switch to something

else. I'm with you, I certainly didn't want an IV, so I always write down

the quantity of liquids I get to get the 64 oz, and anything after that is

fine, some days I've actually had an extra 32 oz. Seems impossible because

I wasn't a liquid drinker prior to this. I don't leave the house without a

water bottle. If it's going to be all day, I take 3 of them (48 oz.)

As to eating a little more, and then losing. It really boggles me, but it

does work. Many on here have said just that. I do make sure I eat enough

protein, but don't always get all the meals in. I was really stuck, and

sort-of bummed, so started getting all the food in and it started moving

again. Without this site, I wouldn't have known to do that!

I'm curious too about hormones. If fat does store estrogen, then what

happens after losing so much fat? Anyone here know??
