Guest guest
I have eaten red meat and have no prob with it. Keep it is small amiounts though and watch the fat content. I posted earlier a way to cook ground beef to eliminate a good deal of the fat, maybe that will help. I try to keep red meat to just once a week or so. Buy cuts that have little or no fat and cook in fat free broith to keep tender. > i am wondering about being able to eat red meats some say follow what > the pouch says and then the doc says no red meat so i am now craving > RED MEAT! what can i do to sub for red meat????? can anyone help? Guest guest
If you are at the soft food stage...... and no sooner...... You might try eating some liver and onions. This was smooth for me and was quite satisfying. I grill the onions first in a skillet in a tad of olive oil, salt and pepper. Then when they are starting to get clear and look gooie, I take them out and set it aside. Cook the liver in the same onion pan to get some flavor, add salt and pepper, garlic and whatever else you want. It cooks fast, but don't over cook. When it's about done, add back the onions and stir together. My kids even love it and it's great dipped in a smidgen of ketchup. help?? i am wondering about being able to eat red meats some say follow what the pouch says and then the doc says no red meat so i am now craving RED MEAT! what can i do to sub for red meat????? can anyone help? _____
