Guest guest
JoAnn, I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your doc. It sounds like he is just stubborn and probably will do just what he wants to do. What type of doctor is he? Is it possible to try a new doctor? It seems that instead of just looking at only the physical aspects of RSD he should also consider the subjective information as well. Hopefully this month at your appointment you could just ask him to listen to you and tell him exactly what you are feeling and if he doesn't think it is RSD than WHAT IS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you are in my prayers, Jai
Guest guest
Mark, I am praying that everything goes well with your surgery and you heal very quickly. I can understand what you are going through because the same thing happened to me. This was my second SCS, the first one was removed due to other complications. But anyway, with the second SCS I ended up in the hospital for five and a half weeks with a very serious infection Then while in the hospital I developed many complications. I am scheduled to have another SCS put in August. I know I am crazy but the relief was so wonderful that I am going for it! Please keep your spirits up and know that there are a lot of people praying for you. Jai

Guest guest
Sure appreciate the thoughts Jai. I also pray he will listen and not keep a closed mind to what he thinks rsd has to show and open up to all the other possibilities. Wish had something in writing from some doctor that he might know stating that lower body rsd such as foot does not always show swelling and color changes. Not sure would change anything but at least might help. Well take care and hope your day is one with less pain. s Momma Joann Re: Digest Number 2336 JoAnn, I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your doc.
