HI all, just wanted to post that I think, truly believe...that my liver enzymes

have not been elevated due to my SD and RA....because of the coffee enemas. I

followed the instructions Ethel (from this BB) sent me...and IMO the coffee

enemas have helped. My Dr's marvel at how normal my liver enzymes remain. Just

more infor re the discussion.

HI Sohelia,

I do them at home...each week at least...and hubby has to help....it is not

something I am able to do by myself..altho I have read that others can and

do...Ethel can post specific instructions if you are interested...only using

organic etc...really seems to help keep my liver enzymes down low...

Debb...you might want to ask Ethel about the coffee enemas...
