Guest guest
i don't wish to mislead you but i have also used flax for long term and i am thinking it harmed me. my personal opinion.not varified with any tests.since than i an scared to take any supplement at high dosages in long term. bw Nil Flax Seeds I just found something interesting. I've been using Flax Seeds for 10 years or more. Grind them in coffee grinder a couple times a day and mix with salt water and drink. But now I just read that they contain cyanogen which can act to keep your thyroid from taking up enough iodine. Maybe I've been harming myself after years of using Flax Seeds. My thoughts now are to eliminate them immediately. Would anyone else in the know have an opinion about this? Thanks, Mark
Guest guest
Mark, could you post a little bit about what you found? Or any links? Everything I googled said they were good for you, but if that's just marketing hype, I'd like to know!
