Sandy, I take Garden of Life Cod Fish oil...buy it at Wild Oats..it is

pharmaceutically distilled, so no pcbs or mercury...comes in capsules or

liquid..I do liquid...

rheumatic best Omega 3 product

I've decided to replace by flaxseed oil with a better product. Would those of

you taking Omega 3 products let me know what you have found to be the best? I

know I'll get many different answers but it is better to have others knowledge

on products. Thank you.

I like Spring Valley because of the cost, very inexpensive at Walmart. I've

used others, one from the health food store which was quite expensive and

had to be kept refrigerated, one from Sam's, and Carlson's lemon flavored cod

liver oil, and none helped my very dry skin as much as the Spring Valley. My

Mother even noticed the difference in my hands.

why cod fish oil. is that like cod liver oil. i

thought only omega 3 as it is anti inflamitory, did i

miss something? i read that we feed our livestock on

grains not grass so they end up providing us with too

much omega 6 and we only need omega 3. is this product

an omega 3. i just bought a liquid omega 3 by carlson

that can be poured onto salad. no repeating and did

not have a bad taste. i just added additional lemon

juice because it is lemon flavored and salad was

great.

Mr. doc. said that the body efficiently converts cod liver oil to

other forms. I take it along with other forms to be sure. I don't

know about livestock having omegas--many of us don't eat meat so we

look to other sources.

Hi kids, Finally made it home. The trip was great until we got over JFK. It

was raining, thundering and lightning. We had to circle for two hours in the

air, then another 45 min. on the ground and then had to wait in the plane on the

ground standing still for another 45 min. as there were no gates available. due

to the storm, they grounded all planes and thus no take-off's. Then another

plane which had been circling before us and was in danger of running out of fuel

was given the green light to land. We were the eigth plane in line waiting to

deplane. It was another hour before we got out and retrieved our luggage. My

ride gave up, so we finally took a cab. But we had to stand on a long line in

the pouring rain. What a nightmare. I was so eager to get home and all I could

feel when I walked in was disapointment. The horrible weather made me feel

gloomy. I hope I get out of this funk soon. Lynne, you addressed me as

Dolores, but you know me as Dodo. Love, Dodo.
