Guest guest
Hi Jon, You show the original pelletized Minocin in green capsules made by Lederle. Over the years, the technology has been sold to other manufacturers who can use any color they please.Stiefel in Canada uses blue and yellow. To test a capsule, open it and look whether there are tiny granules instead of a powder. If there are granules you got the right stuff. jkrutch2000 wrote: > > http://gsm.about.com/pictures/photo_us/015/mino004t.jpg > <http://gsm.about.com/pictures/photo_us/015/mino004t.jpg> > > IF NOT, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW OR POSSIBLT SHOW ME A PHOTO. > > THANKS IN ADVANCE. > > JON KRUTCHIK > >

Guest guest
Lucy, Two questions: 1) Does the Canadian minocycline work for you? 2) Who is the manufacturer? In the USA, minocycline is also relative inexpensive. It is the brand name Minocin that is priced out of sight. Sincerely, Harald At 05:03 PM 5/7/2007, you wrote: >FYI - I live in Canada and get my Minocycline from my local pharmacy >I pay, > >60 caps 100 mg >$79.94 (canadian dollars) >plus they charge a $9.99 dispensing fee > >Lucy > >--- RE: rheumatic Is this the correct Minocin to be on? >From: " C Stonkey " <<mailto:cookee1%40comcast.net>cookee1@...> >Date: Mon, May 07, 2007 8:43 pm ><<mailto:rheumatic%40>rheumatic > > >I now send to Canada for it. Guest guest
This is for the brand name Minocin I will see if I can find out from my pharmacy who manufacturer is. I have onlky been on the drug since January 18th and to date my scleroderma has continued to get worse. Guest guest
Hi Lucy; Wyeth bought our Lederly here in Canada. It is now the minocin brand that you want.I use the powdered one and it works just as well as the pelleted.Ypur SD will very likely to get worse for several months as the mino takes time to kick in.On the other hand you could be herxing which has the same symptoms as the disease and can also hit you in places you would never believe.I am on 3 antibiotics,am in remission but still herxing. Guest guest
Thank you, Harold and Cooky. With the news yesterday about US rejecting Canadian drugs - I did not see the entire report on tv as I came in at the end - but my question is whether this will affect our prescriptions from there? Going home at noon from work and get my RX to quickly fax. ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com. Guest guest
I got this when we were all adding to Harold's web site. I got 100 caps of 100mgms for $147.01 including shipping. It came in 3 days. I was so pleasantly surprised. I just sent for Diflucan which is also pricy. I am waiting for it to come in the mail. I have medicare insurance in the US but I can only get a certain amount before paying out of pocket. I figure I can get this in Canada and leave more room for other drugs that I need right away. Harold's web site has other places you can order. Cooky _____ From: rheumatic [mailto:rheumatic ] On Behalf Of Sltfain@... Guest guest
Hi ; I saw the write up in the Montreal Gazette about this mess.Seems that the drug companies spent 172million dollars lobbying people in Washington to vote against it.Can you imagine how low the cost of drugs would be without this or their big time advertising.
