Guest guest
Sure am proud of you . It is strange how when start off with this cannot see positives with it, or at least few positives and yet here after time has passed you are being giving such a wonderful opportunity. I am just thrilled for you and all that are suffering to get this information given to them. Thanks , many hugs my friend. s Momma JoAnn on to TV Just wanted to let you know that the lady that got the newspaper article going has talked to a local TV station that wants to do a story on RSD. Guest guest
Teri, It will be WAND (Decatur). I forgot to tell you that when I e-mailed you. Love, N. , You are doing great with the story. I think we have found your role for the rest of your life, and I don’t know that we could find a better spokesperson to represent us. Please keep up the good work. By the way, if anyone wants to bookmark the station, I have pasted the link below. http://www.wandtv.com/ Mark
Guest guest
Yes...I sure do live close to Bloomington. I am 20 miles north in El Paso. I see Dr. Benyamin at Millenium....think he is just the best. Yes, Dr. Benyamin is very kind! I know where you live. Think we could ever get our appointments on the same day? So did he put your SCS in? Did he do it himself or have help? How long did he tell you to be careful and not drive? My doctor that put my SCS said to be extremely careful for 6 weeks. Another lady has the other one at the Center and he had a surgeon with him. He only acted like you needed to be careful for 2 weeks. I don't personally think that's long enough. Love, N. Guest guest
, I take it that you don't see Dr. B. as you only said that he is kind...I think that he is WONDERFUL. Dr. B. was on vacation so Dr. Vallejo actually did the permanent SCS. The other doc in surgery is Dr. Nordone, he is the neurosurgeon. Dr. B. wants about 4 to 6 weeks recovery however Dr. Nordone is questionable about that...they don't have a specific time frame that I know of. When is your next appointment....I don't have one scheduled at this point as we are waiting for Dr. Nordone to get back from vacation to do the next surgery.
