If you can find the type of sausage it was closest to - garlic was an added ingredient to enhance flavor, and wouldn't change the nutritional data (just as caraway seeds or other spices wouldn't).

If it was a brand name sausage, most companies have web sites with full nutritional data for each of their sausages (like ville: http://www.johnsonville.com/ )

Subject: Garlic Sausage

I am having garlic sausage as part of my supper tonight but I can't find it in the points. I cooked it on the Forman Grill so most of the fat cooked out.

If someone can tell me the points I'll be able to finish my journal for tonight.
