Guest guest
Hi, Weezie! How about the listings on this page? http://www.hoptechno.com/nightcrew/sante7000/Sante7000_Result.cfm If you can find the type of sausage it was closest to - garlic was an added ingredient to enhance flavor, and wouldn't change the nutritional data (just as caraway seeds or other spices wouldn't). If it was a brand name sausage, most companies have web sites with full nutritional data for each of their sausages (like ville: http://www.johnsonville.com/ ) Hope this helps! Cherie Subject: Garlic Sausage I am having garlic sausage as part of my supper tonight but I can't find it in the points. I cooked it on the Forman Grill so most of the fat cooked out. If someone can tell me the points I'll be able to finish my journal for tonight. Thanks Weezie
