Guest guest
as far as ppl making a big deal about you only being on a machine for 30 seconds....30 seconds is not the WHOLE work out. the curves i've been to ur on the machine for 30 sec. then u switch and u go in a complete circle 3 or 4 times
Guest guest
Carol, That post was from me. If you haven't tried Curves, you can't really say what you did. Spending 30 seconds on each station at Curves DOES give you a very good aerobic workout in a 30 minute time period....depending on how and what activity you are using on the pads (rest stations between machines). Spending 30 minutes on each piece of equipment gives you more of a chance to stress your muscles out and an increased risk for tears and injury. I understand that some people feel it isn't very much, but unless you have previously tried it, you don't really know what it is like. I'm sorry to disagree with you all on this subject, but even though I work for them, I'd feel the same about this issue if I didn't. T. Guest guest
Well, I would be willing to change my opinion if they provide a trial membership (2 weeks) like all other gyms, then I could see firsthand. I was just wanting to clarify the seconds vs. minutes, cause it didn't appear to be possible that someone could get a workout otherwise.
