I asked my doc what he recommended for me and he said any activity that keeps your heart rate above 100 for 20 minutes will do, treadmill, stationery bike, walking, etc... So I bet that would be just fine for you, Mike!

ahhhh that is right now i remember you use that for low impact running??

my bad back wont allow me that but the bike i can handle

I am sure you've seen them, they are about 2-3ft in circumference, are about 6 inches off the floor , they usually are brown. I picked mine up at a garage sale for 10 bucks. They don't take up much room I store mine under my husbands baby grand.
