I lost 2.2 lbs and made my 25 lbs gone forever goal! this is the lowest ive been in forever!!! i couldnt have done it without all of you and your wonderful encouragement!!! Caren, i really missed you tonite... wish you would have been able to be there to share in this.. but i could hear you all cheering me on in spirit!!! wow! i actually feel lighter too!
